About Domaine Mirabeau
Domaine Mirabeau lies in the heart of the protected Plaine des Maures nature reserve, just 13 km from La Garde‑Freinet and 45 minutes from Saint‑Tropez. Spanning 20 hectares, with 14 ha of vines under the AOP Côtes de Provence, the estate’s hilly terrain at 150–200 m elevation is planted with Grenache, Cinsault, Rolle, and Syrah. Here, Stephen and Jeany Cronk have embraced organic and regenerative farming to restore biodiversity and nurture healthy soils—and recently launched “One Day,” the first Regenerative Certified Provence rosé.
